Workshop Capability

We are specialized in weld overlay of pipes, nozzles and flanges for cladded vessels and have in-house capability in carrying out weld overlay of stainless steel and nickel alloys such as SS 316L, Alloy 625 etc with qualified procedures under third party inspection agencies.

We manufacture hemispherical dished ends crown + petal form:

a. Carbon Steel

  • 1.5 mtr. ID x 50 mm thk. to max. 4 mtr. ID x 55 mm thk.

b. Stainless Steel

  • 1.5 mtr. ID x 30 mm thk. to max. 4 mtr. ID x 40 mm thk.

c. Cladded Steel (SS 316L / Alloy 625 / Alloy 825)

  • 1.5 mtr. ID x ( 45 mm C.S + 5 mm Clad ) thk. to max. 4 mtr. IDx (50 mm C.S + 5 mm Clad) thk.

We manufacture 2:1 Ellipsoidal & Torispherical dished ends ( 25 mm thk. x 2.5 mtr. dia carbon steel ) & ( 20 mm thk. x 2.5 mtr. dia stainless steel).

We manufacture Welded Tubular’s, Cones, J-Tube Bends, Legpots, Load Out and Load Spreader Beams for offshore platforms. We have qualified procedures to weld up to 200 mm thk. carbon steel using narrow groove welding & included angle at 4°. We also take up CNC drilling of tube sheets, tube support plates & CNC profiling of mould / dies.

We have put some of the best machinery & some more in the pipeline for more automation & better efficiency. Also our company being situated inside a free zone, there is no custom duty applicable for countries other than GCC. This is an added advantage for long term growth. With the existing ports & frequency of availability of break bulk vessels, the cost of freight / transportation is very economical and this benefits in the long run to manufacture jobs in UAE and catering to clients based in Asia, MENA, USA & Europe.

ENGINEERING CAPABILITY

We are well versed with all stringent requirements and specifications of our esteemed clients and their respective end users.
We are capable of preparing User Defined Specification (UDS) for our esteemed end user and are closely coordinating with RPE for certification of UDS and MDR.

1. PV Elite Latest Version- for carrying out mechanical design calculations of ‘U’ and ‘U2’ stamp Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers.
2. AutoCAD Latest Version- for drawings of ‘U’ and ‘U2’ stamp Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers.
3. NozzlePRO Latest Version- for FEA analysis of nozzles.
4. CADWorx Latest Version- for pipe modeling, pipe routing, piping layouts and piping isometrics with generation of bulk mto.

Following softwares are used in our group companies :-

1. STAAD.Pro Latest Version- for carrying out structural design analysis.
2. Limcon and PROKON Latest Version- for carrying out the connecting structures design analysis.
3. Tekla Latest Version- for carrying out the modeling,detailing with generation of bulk mto for structural components.

Outsourcing:-

1. Process design calculations of all types of ‘U’ and ‘U2’ stamp Pressure Vessels.
2. Thermal design calculations and vibrational analysis of all types of Heat Exchangers using Heat Transfer Research, Inc. (HTRI) software.
3. Complete skid packages comprising skid analysis, piping stress calculations, valves, instrumentation, etc.
